What is your mission?To manage and optimize existing Advertisement campaign components including, but not limited to - Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.To help create and implementation of campaign strategies including keyword research and analysis.To create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.Tracking of funds in account and maintaining conversation.Pitch and impact assigned customers in accordance with training provided, standards and policies. Must adaptively diagnose, resolve and track end user issues/opportunities based on guidelines, documentation and best practices providedServe as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard, develop and optimize advertiser\'s campaignsDetect and understand the customer\'s needs and objectivesHit productivity, upsell, and customer impact targets.Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through outbound and inbound callsManage day to day activities independently and proactively based on customer needs and incentives.Knack of implementation new technologies automation capabilities that enhance SEM efforts.Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.Who are we looking for?Possess at least 4 years of a bachelor\'s degree in any field.1-2 years overall work experience with 1 year as minimum in outbound selling role.Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.Able to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.Previous experience, preferably in the digital industry, in a sales-focused environment, in the following areas:Account managementB2B Sales / business developmentHigh volume call centerPortfolio managementCustomer / technical supportTechnologically capable and able to quickly learn customer service software applicationsStrong verbal and written communication skills in order to pitch on the phone and compose effective proposalsFlexibility in switching between duties and assignments as per requirementWho is TDCX?TDCX provides transformative digital CX solutions, enabling world-leading and disruptive brands to acquire new customers, build customer loyalty, and protect their online communities.TDCX helps clients, including many of the world\'s best brands, achieve their customer experience aspirations by harnessing technology, human intelligence, and our global footprint.
