Head of Finance

(Thai speaking, based in Ipoh Malaysia)

• Exciting Opportunity to be a finance business partner to JV Management, Commercial and Operation teams to ensure financial target is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with HQ Finance and HQ Strategy to ensure JV performance is in accordance with plan.
• Support new principal acquisition, channel development in collaboration with Business Development and commercial teams.
• Support strategic business decisions and/or JV projects by financial feasibility and analysis.
• Ensure business is running in compliance with accounting standard, internal control mechanism, and tax ruling.
• Monthly Managerial F/S (both specific entity and JV consolidation).
• Closely monitor and provide analysis as to profitability by principal, channel, customer and drive profitability improvement.
• Analyse and monitor development of financial performance through effective monthly management reporting (various P&L presentation)
• Monitor, validate and ensure the cost saving target be delivered.
• Tax and statutory F/S matters, Core Accounting activities, Credit review and approval, Liquidity (Cash & Bank matters), M/E and Y/E closing, CAPEX

Qualifications :

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting and Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 12 years of experience with retail or consumer goods would be preferable
• Have good communication skills in Thai and English - both written and verbal, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with senior business partners, resolving problems cross-functionally across departments and overseas counterparts
