HEAD OF FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION Greenfield Project in Electronic Manufacturing Services Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting processes. Monitor and assess monthly financial performance, providing insights and strategies aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with the multinational headquarters to align financial strategies. Prepare detailed business and financial reports for executive review and decision-making. Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with manufacturing operations. Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets. Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, industry-specific regulations and global standards. Undertake administrative functions, including payroll processing and HR responsibilities. Build and lead a high-performing finance and administration team. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CMA, ACCA) preferred. At least 10 years of extensive financial experience in manufacturing industry. In-depth knowledge of financial principles, cost accounting, and international financial reporting standards. Strong personality who can stand their ground and act as a sparring partner for the General Manager in Malaysia to drive cost improvements and overall financial results. Proven leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing cross-functional teams. Willingness to go extra miles and set up a finance organisation for future growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and self-starter.
