About Our Client

The Head of Digital is responsible to lead a team to build the company\'s digital business and acquire customers through various partnerships on digital platforms. The key responsibilities include:
Lead the delivery of the strategic plan for Digital Platform Partnerships as per agreed business case and growth targets
Lead and drive best-in-class digital marketing and customer value journey strategy capabilities from acquisition to retention
Identify opportunities with digital platforms to develop strategic partnerships with an objective to broaden reach to untapped customer pools and segments
Scale-up existing partnerships by penetrating targeted customer segments and broadening product offerings
Build strategic partnerships with platform owners, agencies and other key digital players to fuel and support the digital transformation strategy and execution
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate e-business
Work closely with leadership teams to understand business challenges, identify opportunities and adopt consultative approach to scope out an organisation specific digital transformations strategy
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to all functional areas, including operations, technology & product
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate is a digitally savvy individual with proven track record of success from an online marketplace. This requirement is a must-have. Other requirements include:
At least 8 years of professional experience in a relevant industry
Experience in insurance, financial, telecommunication industry is an advantage
Strong leadership experience in managing a team
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Sensitive to market trends, emerging technologies, and exploitable opportunities
Highly analytical and data driven
Collaborates well with internal and external stakeholders from different functions and backgrounds
Entrepreneurial attitude with ability to work in a fast paced, flexible environment
Exposure in a start-up environment will be added bonus
Strong conceptual thinking combined with excellent problem-solving capabilities and an innovative mindset
