Job Details:

Position : Digital Content Creator I (Mandarin Speaker)

Company Industry : Oil & Gas

Working Hours : Mon - Fri (9AM - 6PM)

Working Location : Tower 5, Avenue 7, The Horizon, Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Working Mode: Hybrid ( 3 day WFO, 2 days WFH) | Outstation based on project

Working Duration: 12 Months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Remuneration : Salary up to RM8,000 (based on qualification & education), statutory contribution & leave entitlement

Requirement and Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Must have 1 - 3 years working experience in related field
• Required to travel 70% of the time (East & West Malaysia)
• Creating and managing media content across various platform eg: Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram,
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content optimization.
• Proficiency in multimedia editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Creativity and a passion for storytelling.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed content decisions.

About the Role

The Media Content Specialist is responsible for creating, curating, and managing various forms of media content (Graphics & Videos) to support the channel offer for hiring company workshops, enhance the brand power, communication, and branding goals. This role involves a combination of creative, strategic, and technical skills to produce engaging and compelling content that resonates with the target audience across different social media platforms.
