Are you passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing? We're looking for a

creative and driven Digital Content Intern

to join our team at

Marq Academy

in managing social media, creating engaging content, and growing an audience--especially in the Chinese-language market.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday & alternate Saturdays, 9AM - 6PM

Chinese Speaker

What You'll Be Doing:

Content Creation

Develop, write, and publish engaging

Chinese-language

content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Design eye-catching posts, graphics, and short videos to captivate our audience.

Social Media Management

Schedule and manage posts to ensure consistent content flow. Monitor and engage with comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.

Analytics & Strategy

Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions). Analyze trends and suggest creative strategies to improve content performance.

Campaign & Marketing Support

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns. Brainstorm and implement creative marketing ideas to enhance brand presence.

Trend & Audience Insights

Stay updated on the latest

social media trends

and suggest innovative content strategies.

What We're Looking For:

Language Skills

Proficiency in

Mandarin (written & spoken)

is a must. Basic

English proficiency

for internal communication.

Education & Background

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in

Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field

.

Skills & Creativity

Familiarity with

social media platforms & trends

. Basic photo & video editing skills (

Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut

). Strong creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.

Personal Attributes

Detail-oriented and well-organized. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environment. Previous experience in

social media marketing

is a plus but not required!
