About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven intern to join our team and gain real, hands-on experience in social media and digital content creation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media trends, storytelling, and engaging online communities.

As a

Digital Content Intern

, you will assist in managing our digital presence, producing engaging content, and supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen Marq Academy's brand.

Job Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Produce and publish engaging social media posts, graphics, and short videos.

Social Media Management:

Schedule and manage content across platforms to ensure consistent posting.

Community Engagement:

Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages in a professional manner.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and propose improvements.

Marketing Support:

Assist in campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.

Trend Research:

Stay updated on digital trends and propose new ideas for content and strategy.

Requirements

Language:

Proficiency in Mandarin (written & spoken) is required; basic English for internal communication.

Education:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms Basic editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut or similar)

Creativity:

Strong creative sense and attention to detail.

Work Attitude:

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.

Experience:

Not required, but prior experience in social media or content creation is a bonus.
