General Summary Of Position The Account Manager, within the internal Global Creative & Branding Services is the core component for all marketing project deliverables - ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our high-quality creative products. This position is a pivotal client-facing role that proactively and seamlessly delivers against internal stakeholder\'s mandates. The person is responsible for managing the development and delivery of marketing/product creative executions. This role is a full time position. What would your role look like Have experience in 360 marketing channels such as ATL, BTL & Digital and full awareness of creative processes and techniques in all platforms Create and enforce project schedules with input from team as needed, ensuring milestones, deadlines and launch dates are met Author project specific documentation such as: Scope of Work, Content Mapping, Project Briefs, Estimates, Work-back Schedules, Contact Reports and Monthly Weekly reports Knowledge of content management systems, branding, digital marketing, website development, email marketing, and other interactive solutions Strong communication skills and ability to prepare and present project proposals and campaign reports once projects have completed to internal stakeholders Data-savvy and strong understanding of the current analytics approaches Offer creative ideas to develop exciting campaigns that drive conversions Management of creative resources with the ability to evaluate team member workloads and capacity planning. Ability to negotiate time/resources with all team members such as Biz Dev, Marketing/Product Owners, Creative, IT, and Vendors. Provide risk management by identifying possible issues before they arise, ability to solve problems and collaborate with team on best possible solutions. What you will bring: Degree in related field preferred such as Computer Science, Computer Graphics/Multimedia Design, or Business/Marketing Management 5-10 years of account management experience, in-house and/or agency Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & Adobe Suite Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, risk assessment, problem solving, handling of multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Experience in New Media/Digital/Interactive/Advertising/Communications/ Mobile environment is a must Incredible attention to detail, has design sense and excellent English written & communication skills Good organizational skills and analytical skills Independent and a team player, fast learner, flexible and reliable What you can expect from Ansell: Work for a world leader in the health and safety protection solutions industry.
