Campaign Execution & Monitoring: Set up, execute, and track digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, social media, web, and app channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Workflow Automation: Support the development and maintenance of automated workflows for member onboarding, retention, and re-engagement, aligned with lifecycle marketing goals.
Data & Segmentation: Manage and validate customer data to build accurate audience segments for personalised messaging, while ensuring compliance with PDPA and governance standards.
Funnel Analysis & Optimisation: Analyse member journeys across digital touchpoints using Google Analytics and Insider; identify drop-off points and recommend improvements.
Content Development: Assist in developing creative and informative campaign content tailored to different segments and lifecycle stages.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, analytics, product, IT, CX teams, and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare campaign performance reports, highlight insights, and propose optimisation strategies for continuous improvement.
Innovation & Learning: Stay updated with marketing automation trends, tools, and best practices, and contribute ideas to strengthen EPF's digital engagement strategies.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen.
Pass in Bahasa Melayu, including oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
Possess a Bachelor's Degree with honours in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field from a recognised institution.
Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing, CRM, or marketing automation, with hands-on experience in platforms such as Insider and Google Analytics.
Knowledge in funnel analysis, personalisation, and omnichannel campaign execution.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements (PDPA) in digital marketing.
Up-to-date knowledge of trends and tools in digital engagement and marketing automation.
