• Omnichannel Planner \xe2\x80\x93 cross channel Leads Management, cross campaign planning with retails and SIS partners to drive digital sales; forecast uplift of campaign budget spend vs sales conversion on MOS and e-commerce platform
• Collaborate with design, development, marketing and product teams to define and prioritize digital experience initiatives
• Optimize MOS and app navigation layout and content to enhance user engagement and drive conversion
• Campaign performance \xe2\x80\x93 measure and report against AOP/KPI target for all products
• Budget Management \xe2\x80\x93 manage end-to-end digital marketing campaign budget for ATL/BTL; forecast uplift of campaign budget spend vs sales conversion on MOS and e-commerce platform

What do you need to have for this role?

• A Bacherlor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Management, Political Sciences, Economics, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering (Network/Telecomm/Software/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic), Data Science, Actuarial Science, Mathematics/Statistics /Applied Sciences, etc
• Recent graduate with less than 1 year experience
• Proven leadership qualities with varied portfolio of extra-curricular activities
• Excellent command of the English language, verbal and written and strong interpersonal skills
• Possess a strategic mindset and the ability to learn quickly
• Highly self-motivated, independent and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
