Responsibilities: Drive digital fibre/convergence digital channels with relevant stakeholder to constantly optimizes digital journey & funnel Research, Develop, Test and Improve digital customer journey to improve digital customer experience Manage Digital Channels operations including issue troubleshooting & resolution, Digital GTM activities like content tweaking & publishing Track, Monitor and Insight reporting on digital channels performance & analytics Strategic partnership management (digital)- strategy, roadmap & planning to deliver digital focused/new digital business with focus to enhance fibre & convergence Develop new digital product / service / features market-fit with compelling proposition Constantly seek in-depth understanding and keep abreast with telco/relevant industry digital landscape Requirements: Experience in digital product/channel management is key. Digital partnership is a bonus Experience in working with external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver tangible business outcome Possess good understanding of telco/relevant industry digital landscape. Quick Prototyping / experimenting mindset. Fail-fast Learn Fast and Pivot mentality Familiar with Design Thinking/Quick Prototyping practices. Experience with Generative AI tools is a bonus
