Responsible for driving employee engagement & fostering positive work culture including promoting open conversations and coordinating internal engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Execute the activities/initiatives related to growing Digital.RHB brand visibility and manage the implementation of the brand core elements by the section or by others in Digital.RHB Maintain the relationship with internal & external industry players, experts and digital community to facilitate knowledge sharing and digital capability upskilling Design, strategizing and execution of activities/initiatives related to employee engagement to drive positive work culture within Digital.RHB Promote and facilitate the communication of relevant success stories, knowledge sharing, showcase, roadshows etc. as part of improving digital-awareness across the group Conduct necessary data analysis from various data point and generate insights to identify key improvement areas as part of brand refinement and employee engagement enhancement Requirements Requirements: Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Brand Management, Business Management, Business Administration or other relevant courses Understands software and have passion for technology. Analytic skills Organize information effectively. Able to communicate, influence and syndicate technological concepts. Able to formulate and document technology concepts in presentation format and present effectively Embrace fast paced, changing environment while balancing risks and compliance boundaries. Work well with ambiguity, challenge conventional wisdom and can effectively evaluate ideas Share passion for technology by telling compelling stories to people with different personalities, expertise and backgrounds.
