Main Tasks
Digital Hub Development:

• Proactively drive the further development of the Digital Hub in terms of structure, concepts, and portfolio.
• Create suitable platforms to foster employee engagement, steer and facilitate different activities (e.g. Townhall meetings, Hackathons, ...)
• Plan and moderate workshops with the different stakeholders
• Drive the portfolio development of regional products based on stakeholder needs
• Represent the Digital Hub in external employer branding activities, e.g. career fairs
• Support the digital hub lead in overall planning and coordination activities, e.g. demand and business case forecast
• Disciplinary Leadership in close collaboration with the functional manager:
• Prepare Job profiles, identify, hire and onboard new employees
• Coach employees and lead them based on local requirements
• Develop the career path of the team members
• Overseeing the team members involvement in the Digital Hub roadmap and activities

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or in a comparable field

• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 related working experience

• Proven ability to inspire and lead teams, e.g. by leading projects and communities
• BASF experience or disciplinary leadership experience is a must
• Track record of different roles in IT/Digitalization, e.g. Development, Operations, Provider Management etc. that allows to gain a deep understanding of end-to-end IT delivery processes
• Familiarity with Digital technology - e.g.: RPA / automation, Power Platform, Machine leaning / artificial intelligence, etc
• Experience in agile implementation approach and design thinking
• Experience in planning and executing employee engagement activities and workshops
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
