Job Description


: This role is required to manage & monitor the entire portfolio of Digital & IM projects across the APAC region. They will ensure compliance to applicable methodologies (including Agile/SAFe) and alignment with D&IM budget allocations. This role is key to supporting the ongoing continuity & improvement of D&IM APAC\'s local operations & regional alignment to D&IM\'s global strategies Projects within the portfolio may include software developments, RPA, regional deployment of new technology initiatives, departmental digitalizations and improvements. Projects can span across Digital & IM APAC domains and countries.
- Entry point for new D&IM projects. Provides project start up services (approach, prioritization and resourcing) - Responsible for capturing local, regional & global project requests - Establishing and enabling full suite of controls across Cost, Scope, Schedule, Resourcing and Quality Management - Owning/developing a portfolio register & reporting on status, progress, risks & opportunities - Facilitates the development of Project ID Cards with Project Managers - Provides oversight to ensure projects are being delivered within time, cost, quality and scope constraints - Portfolio Communication and Stakeholder Engagement - Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be the exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code Of Conduct - Carry out any other task as directed by the superior Education : Degree in IT, Business or related field Experience: 5-10 years in IT/project management Information & Knowledge Management, IT/Business Change Management, Export Contro Basics skills:

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
