Job Description

Position Summary



Acts as the operational conduit between strategic leadership and team leads. Oversees

departmental functions, ensures process efficiency, monitors performance indicators, and

supports innovation, quality management, and cross-unit collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :



Operational Leadership & Coordination Convert the department's strategic objectives into measurable goals and actionable outcomes. Coordinate operations and initiatives across departmental functions and units. Supervise project progress, timelines, and interdepartmental cooperation. Policy & Process Management Establish and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for digital learning operations and project management. Ensure adherence to institutional, regulatory, and data governance standards. Manage budgets, purchasing processes, and vendor relationships. Data-Driven Decision Making Compile and analyze data from LMS systems, learner feedback, and engagement dashboards for reporting purposes. Identify key patterns and recommend enhancements grounded in data insights. Champion ongoing improvement projects to promote efficiency and scalability.

Requirements



Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Education, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital learning development and LMS management, ideally within higher education and in a supervisory capacity
Experience :

Skilled in managing and supporting major LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard). Proven ability to collaborate within diverse, multi-stakeholder environments.
Preferred/Advantageous :

Master's degree (in progress or completed) in a related field. Working knowledge of video editing and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, H5P) and accessibility standards. Experience within multi-institutional, online, or blended learning environments.
Key Competencies :

Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities. High digital proficiency in educational technologies. Strong written and spoken English communication. Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation. Detail-oriented with a learner-centered approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
