The role offers the scope to develop creative, engaging solutions that are informative and well structured.Responsibilities include:

• Manage the planning process and guidelines for the creation of content for an existing Wiki
• Identify areas of priority for content development in conjunction with key stakeholders
• Obtain input from technical resources to relevant content and translate this content so it can be understood by target R&D audiences
• Ensure learning content is engaging, concise, consistent in style and well maintained as a source of technical knowledge
• Establish and maintain the R&D Learning Pathway, including leading the planning and structure of this pathway in Cochlear\xe2\x80\x99s Learning Academy
• Engage with relevant stakeholders to create quizzes for each topic in the R&D learning pathway, to validate employees\xe2\x80\x99 completion of each topic.

To add value to Cochlear in this role, you\'ll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Knowledge of Instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and training evaluation methodologies
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills, as well as 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in digital learning solutions design
• A track record of developing creative, engaging technical content
• Experience in making videos, blogs and quizzes in \xe2\x80\x98Confluence\xe2\x80\x99 or similar application
• Experience working with engineering or similar technical teams and working with technical content - highly desirable
• Past experience working in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industries will be well regarded, as will experience working in large multi-national organisations
• A strong self-starter, with the ability to motivate others and manage daily activities with minimal supervision
