to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via our website or app. You will provide real-time assistance, answer product or service inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers
Document interactions and update customer records in the system
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service
Details:
Working Location: Bangsar South
Working Days/ Hours: 8AM - 5PM, 12PM - 9PM ( 5 Days Rotational with 2 off days)
Salary Package: Up to RM2800
Open to Fresh graduate!!
