- Demonstrated success in effectively scaling product sales from inception.
- Ability to thrive in both fast-paced, dynamic environments and more structured organizational settings.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Develop plans and strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on product positioning and uncovering new market prospects to enhance growth, market share, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to devise and execute strategies aimed at boosting sales.
- Create and implement effective marketing and advertising strategies, working closely with the team to enhance overall performance and share best practices.
- Monitor progress towards goals and adapt initiatives as needed.
- Introduce innovative marketing and advertising solutions to the team, contributing to our market dominance.
- Develop strong internal coordination and collaboration amongst team to ensure maximum engagement, productivity & performance.
- Foster a culture of Performance and Accountability, Teamwork and Open Communication, with effective decision-making processes.
