MohonKelayakanWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, and others. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for optimizing ad performance, managing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with our marketing objectives. Special commission for every achieved ROAS KPI.Tanggungjawab

• Monitor and optimize TikTok ads to maximize performance and ROI.
• Monitor and optimize Instagram, Shopee and other ecommerce to maximize performance and ROI. (only during certain campaign)
• Design and implement A/B tests for ad campaigns to identify the most effective creatives, targeting strategies, and placements.
• Manage and coordinate campaign setups on various platforms ensuring they align with marketing goals and current promotions.
• Maintain and update product listings, prices, and inventory levels across digital platforms.
• Provide monthly budget recommendations and manage payments for digital advertising.
• Calculate and analyze sales, commissions, and performance metrics from digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure ad content meets campaign objectives and resonates with target audiences.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on ads performance, including sales trends and campaign analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
