Responsibilities Grow to become a marketing specialist to ensure that FunNow positively influences users at critical touchpoints of the overall user journey. Collaborate with marketing manager to support overall marketing initiatives - execution of always-on and tactical campaigns, analyzing insights, and reporting of marketing results. Assist the day-to-day operation of marketing campaigns gaining wide experience of managing various marketing channels - including paid channels, affiliate, and content marketing. Assist overall marketing goals - increase user traffic and LTV, reduce user acquisition costs, and increase user retention. Assist the After-Action-Review process by supporting the analysis, reporting, and optimization of marketing campaigns to understand and improve key customer engagement and acquisition metrics. Collaborate with local and global teams to execute marketing campaigns ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of all materials and optimize user experience. Identify trends and insights and optimize marketing spending and performance based on the insights. Create rich and inspiring content for marketing campaigns 1.5+ years experience in digital marketing or related fields. Essential understanding of advertising principles. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads; familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, GA4, or digital attribution platforms (e.g., Appflyer, Adjust). Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and a data-driven mindset. Fluency in English and Mandarin for effective communication. Excellent persuasive copywriting skills and creativity.
