Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms
Manage paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, performance optimization, and reporting
Lead and coordinate telemarketing campaigns to support lead generation and customer outreach
Create and manage social media content calendars and collaborate with creative teams on content production
Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to optimize performance
Analyze campaign data using analytics tools and prepare performance reports
Optimize digital funnels, landing pages, and messaging to increase conversions
Work closely with sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts
Manage marketing budgets and ensure KPIs and business goals are met
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience
in digital marketing
Proven experience managing
Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
campaigns
Experience leading
telemarketing initiatives
Strong understanding of social media advertising, analytics, and audience growth
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
