Digital Marketer/Social Media Manager

Kopi Jiwa & Bingsu started brewing at its first outlet in Kota Bharu, Kelantan back in 2019.

With a passion in F&B, and a vision that cafe has become a necessity and habit in modern society, our initial hope was to bring affordable brewed coffee and food to a more diverse crowd.

Jiwa is a fast growing cafe & restaurant brand on the East Coast.

Location: Jiwa Outlet (Tanjung & Wisma Nerus) & Office at Seberang Takir

What you'll be working on:

Creating fun, engaging content for TikTok & IG
Being the face of the brand through short-form videos
Interacting with our audience and building genuine connections
Creating up to date & creative content/viral scene

What we're looking for:

Consistent, creative content for TikTok, IG & Facebook
Experience in marketing or social media
Able to design and edit content that fits our brand aesthetic
Plan and run paid ads to promote Jiwa Kopi & Bingsu products through TikTok/FB.
Follow current trends in digital marketing.
Confident in communication, PR, and connecting with audiences

Able to work in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu.
