: *To handle marketing platforms on social media in order to generate sales to achieve revenue and profit margin targets. *To work with the graphic design department team for social media postings, banners, ads, brochures, branding material & etc. *Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns including actionable insights for enhancement and optimization of communication. *Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels & set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company\'s social content. *Maintain and manage all social media content including content uploading, database management, scripting & to ensure content is up to date. *Assist ad-hoc duties as necessary, assigned by Superior/HOD/Managing Director from time to time. Job Requirement: i) Candidate must possess at least Degree in Marketing /Public Relations or any other related fields ii) 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Digital Marketing/ Social Media Marketing/ Content Marketing/ E-Commerce iii) Good teamwork skills, Good copywriting or editor skills & Communication skills iv) Proficiency in website analytics and reporting tools (e.g Google Analytics) v) Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment vi) Excellent communication, teamwork and people skills-those with good sense of humor preferred

This fertilizer is an organic fertilizer that is recognized and collaborated with researchers from University Putra Malaysia (UPM) which is now receiving great response and feedback from customers throughout Malaysia. Often also appears on various media channel such as TV RTM, Stesen Radio Negeri Melaka, Stesen Radio Sinar, TV Al-Hijrah & many more. The Company was founded in 2017 and now moved to a new building location with a larger capacity. Located at Jalan Seri Pandan 1, Taman Seri Pandan, Pokok Mangga, Melaka. MILAGRO Organic Fertilizer is a locally produced fertilizer made from a mixture of Chicken Feces, Wood Powder and "Smart Enzyme" processed using smart technology at our factory based in Taman Perindustrian Krubong, Melaka.
