Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads
.
Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, ad copy, creatives, and budget allocation.
Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust to improve CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
Conduct
A/B testing
on ad creatives, placements, and audiences.
Implement conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag).
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Work closely with the design and content teams, while also being capable of independently producing simple visual assets using
Canva
and short-form videos with
CapCut
when necessary.
Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns (minimum 1 year).
Strong knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads
.
Ability to handle ad budgets of RM20,000 - RM40,000 per month.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of design/copywriting for ad creatives (advantage).
