About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. You will be the main point of

contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and strong campaign performance. You don't need

to be a full-fledged media buying expert, but you must have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and

Google Ads and be comfortable coordinating with our specialists to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. Communicate campaign progress, insights, and next steps clearly to clients. Coordinate with Meta and Google Ads specialists to ensure consistent campaign performance. Prepare simple monthly reports for clients (performance highlights, learnings,
recommendations).

Understand client objectives and propose suitable digital marketing strategies. Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth execution. Manage client expectations professionally and proactively. Support in ad copy review, creative discussions, and strategic suggestions.

Requirements

Experience in running Facebook/Instagram (Meta) Ads and Google Ads
(Search/Display/PMax).

Good understanding of common KPIs: CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, etc. Strong communication and client servicing skills. Comfortable working with data and basic reporting. Organised, reliable and able to handle multiple accounts. Bonus: Experience in agency environment or e-commerce campaigns.

Nice to Have

Experience with Looker Studio, Supermetrics, or GA4. Experience managing designers or creative assets. Interest in staying updated on digital marketing trends and platform changes.
