Job Description


  • 1 years above of experience in digital marketing or advertising roles. Experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong data analysis, ability to generate insights from marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, creative thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, experience collaborating with other departments (e.g., sales, product development)
  • Understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles ,Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Awareness of new technologies and platforms in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Understanding of consumer psychology and behavior in the digital space. Ability to tailor marketing strategies to target audience preferences and behaviors.
  • Knowledge of the specific industry or market the company operates in. Awareness of competitors and market dynamics.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Implement Marketing Campaigns:
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Utilize various channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
Content Creation:
  • Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.
  • Work with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
SEO and SEM Management:
  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and execute paid search campaigns using platforms like Google Ads.
Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and engage with the audience to build brand loyalty and increase engagement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI, providing insights and recommendations.
Market Research:
  • Conduct research to understand target audiences and market trends.
  • Identify opportunities for new marketing initiatives and strategies.
Budget Management:
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor spending and adjust campaigns as needed to stay within budget.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
