Plan, create and manage Meta Ads to generate quality leads and improve online visibility.
Monitor, analyze and optimize ad performance to achieve marketing targets (CTR, leads, ROAS, etc.).
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement and conversion.
Create and design simple marketing materials such as posters, visuals and social media content to support campaigns.
Follow up leads via call, WhatsApp or email to explain products and services.
Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and closing techniques.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls and conversions using CRM or Excel.
Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales growth.
Support social media posting, content ideas and promotional campaigns when required.
Prepare and assist in marketing proposals, presentations, and reports for internal meetings or client discussions.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related field.
Experience in Meta Ads / Facebook Ads campaign management is required.
Knowledge in digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads) is an added advantage.
Confident in communicating and closing sales through phone and online platforms.
Creative, analytical and capable of producing engaging marketing content.
Strong analytical mindset with basic understanding of ad metrics and performance tracking.
Positive attitude, target-driven and willing to learn new marketing techniques.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results within deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
