We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and contribute to the growth of our environmental, safety, and sustainability consultancy firm. In this role, your primary focus will be to assist the Marketing Lead and internal teams across the region in implementing digital marketing strategies. Your valuable contributions will enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and generate leads through various digital channels. The successful candidate for this position can be based in one of the following locations: Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong (hybrid), or the Philippines (remote). Job Responsibilities Work closely with the Marketing Lead in implementing marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness and promote the company\'s services. Collaborate with relevant internal teams across ESC offices to collect information for content development. Repurpose content into other formats to maximize its reach and effectiveness. Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn social media platforms and external newsletters. Promote contents on LinkedIn to increase visibility and engagement. Assist with maintaining the website (CMS) and database systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Assist in developing internal marketing materials and presentations as needed. Support the promotion of the ESC brand across ESC regional offices. Assist in creating artwork for planned digital marketing communication. Stay informed of the latest industry trends and market developments to ensure effective marketing campaigns. Perform administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of marketing activities. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or in the B2B or professional services sector is highly desirable. Good understanding of digital marketing principles and practices. Familiarity with LinkedIn social media platforms and their respective advertising features. Graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing tools such as WordPress, WIX, Google Analytics, is a plus. Competency in using Microsoft applications. Demonstrated ability to work independently, showing initiative and proactively taking ownership of tasks and projects. Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task. Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Team player who excels in working within cross-functional teams. Bilingual proficiency in English and one of the following languages: Bahasa, Malay, or Mandarin is advantageous, but not mandatory.
