Develop and manage detailed campaign schedules and work plans. Ensure all objectives and deliverables are achieved within set deadlines. Create, manage, and publish all social media content, maintaining brand consistency. Craft effective marketing copy to achieve social media campaign objectives. Oversee the performance of e-commerce platforms and implement strategies to improve both online sales and customer retention. Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators related to digital marketing and e-commerce operations. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to fulfil necessary deliverables. Foster a collaborative environment to drive successful marketing campaigns. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Digital Technologies, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing channels including (search, display, retargeting), preferably focused on social media / direct response. Advance understanding of brand management concepts and building/execution techniques. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies. Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented and ability to multitask. Excellent verbal, copywriter, and interpersonal communication skills. Photography, videography & editing skills is a must. Video Editing Software, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator software experience is a plus! Good Comprehension of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
