Job Responsibility Developing and executing marketing strategies for conversion. Plan, Launch, monitor and optimize Facebook Ad Campaigns. Identify opportunities to optimize and scale campaigns by tapping into the entire customer journey via omnichannel marketing. Create and manage email campaign calendars. Set up email campaigns, monitor and schedule email sends, compile and create insightful email reporting. Work with the creative team to develop the campaign s creative assets that are both engaging and cost-effective. Optimize each funnel and marketing process (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, nurture). Handle all aspects of the media buying process; tracking, ad creation, optimization, scaling, reporting, driving positive ROI and scale Ask questions when not understanding Make suggestions for process improvements Job Requirements Company Introduction: Over the past 5 years, we have trained over 5000 entrepreneurs from various industries and countries, spending over 5 million in advertising. Currently, the company is in a growth phase and continuously expanding its scale. Required language : Mandarin At least 1 years of experience in Facebook advertising & copywriting. (Experience in other online marketing-related roles or fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.) Strong passion in digital marketing and copywriting. Able to complete tasks independently or with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented, Responsible, able to handle stress. Good attitude, able to handle stress, likes to help people, and has good moral character. Possess excellent communication skills, including with teams and entrepreneurs, strong teamwork and data insight capabilities. Resume with portfolio with be prioritized, Prior experience with an RM software/ Webinar (e.g. Activecampaign, Clickfunnel, Webinarjam, etc.) is a strong advantage. Able to write copy and have strong digital analytical skills.
