Job Responsibility Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and grow revenue for the e-commerce platform. Manage the company\'s website, ensuring that IT is optimized for search engines, user-friendly, and up-to-date with relevant content. Manage social media channels, creating engaging content, and monitoring customer feedback and interactions. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and A/B testing. Manage paid advertising campaigns on various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, to drive targeted traffic to the e-commerce platform. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Analyze and report on digital marketing campaign performance, using data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Collaborate with other teams, such as product development, customer service, and sales, to ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals. Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Job Requirements Able to speak in English, Mandarin (Compulsory), Bahasa Malaysia Min possess SPM or higher education level 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on e-commerce Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make decisions Creative skills to develop engaging content and campaigns Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams Strategic thinking to develop long-term plans and identify new opportunities Project management skills to manage multiple projects.
