Research content ideas for blogs, social media and email campaigns
Coordinate bookings for video shoots and brief all the speakers prior
Manage the videographer to shoot and edit the content on a weekly basis
Liaising with the Graphic Designer to create additional internal content
Community management - constantly liaising with key stakeholders including management staff, lecturers, students, parents and industry partners to schedule new content.

Updating content on the company website
Managing a clean and well-organized filing system of all the content
Social Media Management
Production and scheduling of all social media and digital marketing content.
Daily social media engagement including timely comments and responses to any enquiries coming through our social media channel.
Marketing Admin Ad hoc administrative tasks requested by the management team in the Marketing department (inc. purchase orders, expense forms, calendar management, meeting minutes, etc) Skills and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a similar field (PR, Journalism, etc).
