Develop, design, plan and execute shoots and productions, edit social media assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, other emerging social media channels, online shops and websites
Publish and share daily content to produce graphic artwork and publishing elements for poster designs, advertisements, website, marketing materials distribution through various channels
Monitor social media channels traffic flow and engagement for company presence on social media.
Manage & monitoring of company website and shopping platforms such as Lazada, Shoppe and online shops
Manage & process shipment for online orders
Implement new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
Responsible for handling customers enquiries, and contract review activities Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites
Requirements
Understanding of digital marketing trends and online sales Familiar with social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva & Adobe Illustrator)
Basic copywriting skills to produce content for the website, and social media platforms
Understand basic web design (WordPress)
Understand MS Excel and Word skills with the ability to present information
Ability to work independently and collaborate between multiple stakeholders as a team to meet objectives or timeline set
Excellent communication skills, cooperative team player, passionate learner, driven, adaptable and proactive
Self-starter with sense of responsibility and initiative, ability to work autonomously
Good written and communication skills in English Language, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
