: Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels. Requirements: Possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in any field. 1-2 years of experience in customer support; experience in handling the HK market will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and writing skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Passion for social media, online marketing, or online advertising.
