Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop media plan, strategy & tactics for online marketing campaigns
• Manage the execution & optimization of online marketing campaigns using platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube & TikTok.
• Perform audience, competitor & industry research.
• Analyze & audit past campaign data to spot correlations or trends and set future benchmarks and best practices.
• Daily monitoring and analyzing of the campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Interpret data and turn them into actionable insights.
• Liaise with vendors/agencies on campaign performances, deliverables & recommendations.
• Evaluate & propose adopting emerging technologies based on the organization\'s needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams in managing campaigns.
• Implement a full-funnel strategy for the company\'s B2B & B2C online marketplace.
• Brainstorm and generate ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns according to the needs and objectives.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the digital marketing field.
• Hands-on experience managing SEM and paid campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, TikTok Ads Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
• An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
• Independence, drive, and ability to work in a team.
