\xe2\x80\xa2 Develop media plan, strategy & tactics for online marketing campaigns \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the execution & optimization of online marketing campaigns using platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube & TikTok. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform audience, competitor & industry research. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze & audit past campaign data to spot correlations or trends and set future benchmarks and best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Daily monitoring and analyzing of the campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Interpret data and turn them into actionable insights. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with vendors/agencies on campaign performances, deliverables & recommendations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate & propose adopting emerging technologies based on the organization\'s needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with internal teams in managing campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement a full-funnel strategy for the company\'s B2B & B2C online marketplace. \xe2\x80\xa2 Brainstorm and generate ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns according to the needs and objectives. Job Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the digital marketing field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience managing SEM and paid campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, TikTok Ads Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, and other digital marketing tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Independence, drive, and ability to work in a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Passionate and driven \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical, deadline and detail-oriented \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communicator

Our first flavour, dates milk sold 5000 boxes in the first four months of launching. Efferty is well known throughout Malaysia and now has penetrated the International Markets such as Indonesia and Brunei and we are now a listed company in IPO.
