Job Description


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence to clients and viewers. Proficiency in English/Bahasa Malaysia is a must. Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
  • Able to work independently and travel.
  • The ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity well. You can make decisive calls without enough information, with the ability to create things from scratch and operate in an ambiguous environment, and adapt to changing factors, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Prior experience and knowledge of the automotive sector is preferred.
  • Prior experience with Google Analytics, RM, SEO, and SEM is preferred.
  • In-depth working knowledge of popular social media platforms is preferred.
  • Prior experience is running/coordinating offline events is a massive bonus.
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate a previous track record of success growing social media channels, client/customer interaction, and social/advertising reach numbers. Pay will be according to scale based on years of experience, prior job title and ability to carry out responsibilities listed. (**This is a non-negotiable requirement)
Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day social media management inclusive of creating & publishing content on our social media channels, monitoring & responding to comments and messages, Ensure social media pages are up to date, and reporting of all social media activities for the month.
  • Strategize, develop & manage a content strategy that is relevant, compelling and engaging to target audience and to be marketed via multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google & others)in order to gain sales, dealerships, brand recognition and awareness over time.
  • Help plan the editorial calendar and develop/produce content with our in house Videographer to create pictures, video, infomercial, etc that is consistent with our brand, voice, style and tone.
  • Explore new functions of social media and propose new ideas to be executed.
  • Develop optimisation strategies that increase the company\'s search engine results rankings, online profile and reach.
  • Analysing and interpreting campaign performance data and reports.
  • Coordinate and work closely with relevant departments, reach out to external third parties to plan for events and other relevant activities, and use our brands, facilities and products as a marketing tool to gain targeted needs of exposure, sales or content to fuel a cycle of growth.
