Kelayakan

• Diploma, Bachelor\'s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in marketing, mass com, business or other related field.
• Preferably minimum 2 years of working experience in social media, digital marketing.
• Required Languages: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in Facebook marketing, with a solid understanding of Facebook Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with audience targeting, ad formats, and best practices for Facebook advertising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Analytical mindset and a willingness to work with data to derive insights for optimizing campaigns.
• Knowledge of graphic design / video editor software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, \xe5\x89\xaa\xe6\x98\xa0) is advantageous but not required.
• Collaborative spirit and a strong desire to contribute to a team\'s success.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.

• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and budget allocation.
• Monitor and analyze Facebook ad performance data, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and engaging content tailored for the Facebook platform.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our Facebook page in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook advertising trends, features, and best practices, sharing insights with the team.
• Analyze digital marketing performance data across various platforms to provide comprehensive reports and recommendations.
• Contribute fresh ideas and innovative strategies to enhance our company\'s digital presence and online branding.
