1. Develop and manage new/existing customer database, and market our company brand and services provided. 2. Responsible for developing and increasing revenue. (Especially digital marketing). Undertake/conduct marketing research with regards to pricing, competitor analysis, market trends, customer behavior study, and observation to identify new business opportunities. 3. Responsible for formulating sales and marketing strategies to achieve penetration and revenue objectives, and preparing sales forecasts to achieve sustainable sales growth. 4. Develop strategies to increase Brand awarenes and branding strategies 5. To plan, coordinate, improve, and implement effective marketing programs and strategies including new marketing strategies such as Creative content, social media trending content, digital marketing and digital promotion. Assisting digital assets and platforms including websites, google analytics, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media presence and engagement, and advertising campaigns. 6. Maintain a positive ongoing relationship with partners as well as key clients and maintain a strict code of ethics and professionalism.
