• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing & Communications / Digital Marketing / Advertising related subjects or equivalent
• At least 1 year of proven working experience in social media management and experience of crafting and leading social media content is added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be detail and deadline-oriented, and take initiative.
• Strong commercial understanding, extensive brand awareness, and analytical skills.
• Required language(s): mandarin, English, and BM will be added advantages.

• Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends
• Manage the company\'s Social Media accounts such as Facebook page or online marketplace - Shopee, Lazada and etc
• Respond to comments and messages across all social media platforms, and maintain a positive online reputation for the company
• Create, develop, and execute marketing campaigns on social media and online platforms to increase brand awareness and boost sales.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Monitor digital sales operation process including invoicing, stock inventory, and delivery.

• Develop and manage company\'s company webpage
• To deal with vendors for website development including company introduction, write-up content, product page, and incoming sales/customer inquiry.
• Maintain and update the company webpage from time to time for current promotions and product status.
