Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns that directly enhance the visibility and performance of our clients' job postings. You'll create compelling, platform-optimized content--especially for Xiaohongshu (XHS) and other key social media channels--and work hand-in-hand with our sales team to understand client goals and translate them into high-impact campaigns. Fluency in both Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) is essential, as you'll be creating bilingual content and communicating with diverse stakeholders across our key markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative, data-driven marketing campaigns to boost performance of clients' job ads (e.g., increased applications, higher visibility, better candidate quality).
Produce engaging, platform-specific content for social media channels, with a strong focus on Xiaohongshu (XHS) and others as needed--in both Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs, job requirements, target audiences, and campaign KPIs.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; iterate quickly based on insights to optimize results.
Stay up to date with trends in social media, employer branding, and recruitment marketing--especially within the Malaysian digital landscapes.
Support A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and formats to identify top-performing strategies.
Contribute ideas to improve our overall marketing toolkit and client onboarding process.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media content creation, or performance marketing--preferably in HR tech, recruitment, or B2B services.
Fluency in both Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)--must be able to create compelling, culturally relevant content in both languages.
Proven experience creating content for Xiaohongshu (XHS) and understanding of its audience and algorithm.
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills; ability to tailor messaging for different platforms and audiences.
Comfortable working with data--able to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, agile, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Bonus: Experience with paid social advertising, basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop), or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights dashboards).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
