Job Description

• Possess at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content and campaign creation.
• Experience in social media management and marketing automation tools i.e. Google, Meta Business Suite, XHS, TikTok.
• Experience in online and offline content planning, and collateral development including WhatsApp Business, Telegram, e-Newsletter, posters, banners, etc.
• Ability to use Analytical tools to monitor and evaluate Company\'s and Clients social media presence and performance i.e. Google Analytics, Meta Business Insights, and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong written, communication and presentation skills with fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse and write in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic graphic design applications i.e. Canva

Responsibilities

• Planning, developing and implementing of all digital marketing, content calendar, promotions and communication materials and activities
• Develop and implement creative marketing, promotions and corporate communications content across all platforms to achieve business objectives.
• Optimize creative content to build brand awareness, generate traffic, and increase leads as well as execute digital marketing initiatives.
• Manage social media posts, optimize online user experience and respond to queries in a timely manner.
• Analyze and measure the ROI on digital marketing initiatives and track campaign impact.
• Analyze data and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts
