- Writing engaging content for a variety of audiences that is consistent with brand guidelines. Keeping up to date and informed about all aspects of Company.
- Plan and execute google marketing, regular monitoring and optimizing on campaigns for better performance.
- Planning, co-creating and executing a schedule of campaigns and contents across Facebook, Instagram and other platforms to expand our social media audience base.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate also welcome and training will be provided.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients).
- Preferably: Digital marketing with good Content Writing.
- Able to work in a team and collaborate with all levels.
