Job Description


We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels in Malaysia You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing executive will work with the marketing team in Singapore HQ, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, oversee and execute overall campaign calendar across all main touch points, in particular: Campaigns, Newsletters, Social Media, Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, PR, Retail store marketing initiatives, Events and activation.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Create and conceptualize retail and digital campaigns to attain monthly targets and key campaign objectives
  • Constantly improve framework, tools, and processes for marketing to enable better and more efficient workflow
  • Conduct weekly post-mortem analysis to measure performance and develop improvements/action points for future campaigns
  • Initiate and create a strong support ecosystem to ensure that there\xe2\x80\x99s always:
a) clear communication, b) heads-up & preparation, c) feedback & sharing
  • Manage partners and local vendors i.e. suppliers, bank/brand/channel partners, local agencies etc.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferably in start-up, consumer retail
  • Diploma/ Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Solid hands-on experience in marketing planning and strategy
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Proficient in copywriting
  • Familiar and fluent with marketing tools including SEM / Google Analytics / Mailchimp etc.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (In order to oversee and execute Campaigns, Newsletter, Social Media in Mandarin language)
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
