Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective Facebook marketing strategies to reach our target audience and achieve marketing objectives. Create, manage, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and budget allocation. Monitor and analyze Facebook ad performance data, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and engaging content tailored for the Facebook platform. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our Facebook page in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook advertising trends, features, and best practices, sharing insights with the team. Analyze digital marketing performance data across various platforms to provide comprehensive reports and recommendations. Contribute fresh ideas and innovative strategies to enhance our company\'s digital presence and online branding. Job Requirements: Diploma, Bachelor\'s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in marketing, mass com, business or other related field. Preferably minimum 2 years of working experience in social media, digital marketing. Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in Facebook marketing, with a solid understanding of Facebook Ads Manager. Familiarity with audience targeting, ad formats, and best practices for Facebook advertising. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Analytical mindset and a willingness to work with data to derive insights for optimizing campaigns. Knowledge of graphic design / video editor software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, ) is advantageous but not required. Collaborative spirit and a strong desire to contribute to a team\'s success. Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred. Required Languages: Mandarin, English and Malay. Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM4,000 (Based on experience)
