We\'re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team to help us create engaging content and strengthen the social media presence of the company. Your Responsibilities
You will be working on a personal brand (@adrianchinghc) and a company brand (@upstackstudio)
Ensuring our social media content is aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media strategy and brand initiatives
Management and distribution of content on Youtube, Blog, Instagram and TikTok, LinkedIn & Twitter.
Work closely with our SEO consultant & content writer to proofread and publish quality content
Repurpose pillar content and distribute it on other platforms
Schedule and manage posts through a social media publishing tool
Communicate with the team using Slack
Staying organised, using ClickUp, Notion and Google Docs
Handling all customer interactions via social media platforms; understanding the importance of representing the brand
Stay up-to-date on best practices in content marketing, design, and social space to increase audience engagement and time spent
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing social data/metrics, insights and best practices and then acting on that information
Results
Contents are posted on social media platforms in a timely manner
Growing our audience on respective social media platforms
Increased engagement on social media posts, improve response rate and quality
The ultimate goal of turning fans into customers and turning customers into advocates

Requirements:
Malaysian Citizen
3 years of content creation experience (marketing and copywriting experience preferred).
Well-read, impeccable spelling and grammar, research skills, thorough knowledge of standard writing practices, strong writing editing and proofreading skills, and strong understanding of content workflow.

Familiar with content from public figures like Gary V, Alex Hormozi, Kerwin Rae, etc.
