We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our company\'s digital marketing strategy.As a Digital Marketing Executive, your role is crucial in achieving our business goals through effective digital marketing strategies. We expect you to have a strong background and passion for digital technologies and marketing channels.

• At least a Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or related field
• Preferably Junior Executives specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent. (Fresh grads are encourage to apply)
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Good command of English
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
• Salary range from 2.5k to 4k (based on experience level).

ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements for events and create content to increase brand awareness.

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics.
• Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and supply content for the organization\'s website
• Formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers
• Oversee a social media strategy
• Participate in the ideation and development of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Manage and monitor ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
• Manage media content calendar for email, web, and social media accounts: such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Monitor customer feedback across social media, email, chat, and other online channels.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
