• Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Business Management / Mass Communication or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail industry with good knowledge of the market and strong media contacts is a plus point
• Strong commands of English language in steer technical contents into attractive marketing content
• Proficient in different marketing media or IT tools
• Able to excel under pressure, work on several concurrent projects, handle tight deadline and well-organized
• Adaptable, communicate effectively with all levels of people, and work well with several other teams (channel sales, retail operations, creative, merchandising)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical, resourceful, creative, pro-active, and meticulous with a keen-eye for details
• Well versed in network with media, press, and relevant business partners
• Salary package commensurate with capability & years of experience

Tanggungjawab

• Plan and curate social media contents, and manage social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram and more.
• Plan and execute all advertising campaigns online, such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads etc.
• Plan and collaborate with KOLs to build presence of brand online
• Collaborate with e-commerce team on Lazada, Shopee and other marketplaces marketing
• Brainstorm new ideas and campaigns online
• Manage chats on social media accounts such as Google, Facebook and Instagram
• Collaborate with 3rd party on campaigns and online events
• Manage Google Analytics account and analyse on trending keywords
• Assist in creating artworks for website banners and social media contents
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
