Monday - Friday (9am-6pm) Kota Damansara, Selangor (Near to MRT Surian) JOB RESPOSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and execute (included supply content with creative ideas) for the company\'s social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, \xe5\xb0\x8f\xe7\xba\xa2\xe4\xb9\xa6, Google, Website & etc). \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop engaging online content including clickbait, videos, graphics, and etc to improve the company branding (followers, likes, shares, & etc) and improve the business growth by generating quality leads. \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively discovers in-trend social topics, and generates creative and reactive content. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services on the digital platform \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle all in-coming inquiries & provide excellent customer service through all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, \xe5\xb0\x8f\xe7\xba\xa2\xe4\xb9\xa6, phone, etc). \xe2\x80\xa2 To undertake any ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by management as and when required REQUIREMENTS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to read and write in Mandarin. This role is required to handle all social media content that is in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Advertising/ Marketing or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in videography and content editing is an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 No Camera Shy, cheerful personality, and comfortable talking in front of a camera is an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 year of working experience that is related to digital marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts \xe2\x80\xa2 Creativity in the design space and in problem-solving abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplined team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
