Job Responsibilities : 1. Collaborate with creative agencies and/or produce in-house for digital marketing strategy implementation engaging contents which include 2. Simple copywriting 3. Artworks/posters/still images of hotels and properties on sale 4. 30-second videos or reels (from scripting to filming and editing) 5. Develop paid ads strategies and manage ads 6. Plan and lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms 7. Assist in preparing marketing material such as properties\xe2\x80\x99 info pack, with tidy formatting and elegant use of images and graphics. 8. Analyse data to work out what is next required and implement changes to improve performance of marketing campaigns. 9. Keep track of data and analyse campaigns\xe2\x80\x99 performance, as well as measure effectiveness 10. Follow up with leads from digital marketing campaigns by proactively contacting interested customers, providing product knowledge upon enquiry as well as furnishing our marketing material 11. Attempt to convert \xe2\x80\x9cLEADS\xe2\x80\x9d to do \xe2\x80\x9cVIEWING\xe2\x80\x9d, conduct \xe2\x80\x9cVIEWING\xe2\x80\x9d and close sales (SPA signed), with commission upon signing. Job Requirements : * Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field. * Proficient with Microsoft Office. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Enthusiasm for staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. * Added advantage if you have some experience in property development, video editing and/or digital marketing.
